Returns/Refunds: All E-bike will be unreturnable after 30 days of receiving the bike. If a return has been approved, the customer is in charge of properly packaging the bike. Any damages caused during the shipping due to the lack of packaging will be deducted from the refund. Return requirement: Less than 10 miles on the odometer. No major scratches or paint chips. Any attempt to hide scratches and chips will result in a refund deduction. Depending on the bike(s)’ condition, a restocking fee of 10 – 30% will be charged. The customer will need to pay the shipping fee back to E-bikes facility. To prevent the return without the package box, please must keep your carton/package box for one month, and do not throw away your carton casually. Warranty and Guarantee: This warranty only applies to the original owner of E-Bikes. Only in extreme cases will an entire replacement bike be issued. In these cases, the original bike must be shipped to the E-Bikes facility for inspection/repairs before a new bike is sent out. If repairs can be done, a new bike will not be sent. The warranty does not cover accessories or parts installation that are not originally intended or compatible with the e-bike. Any problems caused by the riders usage, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper follow-up maintenance are not covered by the warranty. This warranty does not include consumables or normal wear and tear parts (tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chain, spokes). In no event shall we be responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, or product liability in connection with their products.? 1.
