Biomega, Saab, Puma “Boston” Bike Stand! Biomega bike stand has been engineered like no other. It is designed to fit on the rear of the Boston frame, secured by the lug nut on the rear axle. In the upright position it resembles a motocross exhaust pipe. There is a tensioning hex screw midway down the silver hollow tube which holds a spring or possibly a torsion bar. The stand is branded with the name BIOMEGA along with their 4×4 matrix logo, which appears to be laser etched and/or painted into the tube. The foot is made of hard rubber material with a hex bolt running through the center (taller bikes have a second foot, being concave on one end, attached by a longer hex bolt). This stand was used on one of my display bikes. The foot shows no wear. Picture shows the application on the Quicksilver bike. Bike is not included, only shown as a demo for the stand.
