You are looking at an Orbea Mitis Dam aluminum & carbon fiber road bike. It is a 53cm with a 53cm toptube. The frame was hand made in Spain with butted and shaped alloy tubing, an integrated head tube and carbon fiber wishbone stays. The fork is an Orbea Zeus FCM monocoque model with carbon fiber steerer. The headset is an FSA Carbon with a conical spacer and stainless-steel sealed bearing bearings. This frame is light and smooth. It has very precise steering and a stiff drive train with a smoothness provided by the hybrid aluminum and carbon construction. The cockpit consists of an aluminum FSA Compact bar, a Profile Designs OS stem, a Felt Bicycles Gel saddle, and a 2-bolt ITM Mantis seatpost. The bars are wrapped in gel backed cork tape. The drivetrain consists of Shimano Ultegra 9 speed STI shifters, an Ultegra 10 speed derailleur, a IRD Compact front derailleur, an Origin8 Compact alloy crankset and threaded ISIS bottom bracket, a Shimano cassette (12-23 tooth), and a new SRAM PC-971 chain. The wheels are Shimano R560s. They spin like new and are round and true. New 25mm Arisun Rapide folding tires are installed. The brakes Xlab calipers with cartridge brake pads. The pedals are Look Keos. This frame is fast and light. It is also very comfortable due to the vibration reducing design. Great for anything from Sunday at the races to 5-hour epic rides. This bike has about 1000 miles on it and is in excellent condition. The drivetrain is smooth and runs like new. It has been very well cared for and always kept in awesome condition. The frame almost looks like new and only has a few small scuffs or scratches (mostly on the fork). This bike has been in storage for the last decade or so and has fallen over a few times. This has left scuffs/scratches/tears on the brake lever blades and saddle edges. It was just at the shop for a complete service and cleaning. The new chain, tire, and Cateye computer battery were installed at this time. All of the bikes and framesets that I sell are packaged and shipped by my local bike shop. This process usually takes between 3 and 5 business days depending on the season and how busy they are. The bicycle that you purchase will need to be reassembled once you receive it. This procedure may include part or all of the following: reinstalling the pedals (if included), saddle, seatpost, stem, handlebar, rear derailleur, fork, headset, brake calipers (rim or disc), disc brake rotors, cables, and housing. The tires may need to be reinstalled, inflated, and tubeless tires will possibly need fresh sealant to be added.
